Customer Service Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the customer service team to ensure excellent client support.

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in an effective manner.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate with sales, technical, and operations teams for smooth service delivery.

  • Prepare reports and share insights with management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lead a team and manage pressure situations.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
