Sales Executive/ Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Present, promote, and sell products/spares/services to prospective and existing customers.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products/spares/services that are appropriate and effective.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve better results.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

  • Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions as required.

  • Working anywhere in Bangladesh as per company prospects

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Engineering from any Govt. Polytechnic Institute/ Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing from any reputed institute.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Advance knowledge in MS Word/Excel/Power Point.

  • Experience in Sales of Technical Products for 2-3 years preferable.
